Our Field Service team is trained to provide customer service via telephone and email for all products that Andrews Industrial supplies. Whether starting up the instrument, configuring it or troubleshooting the system, our Field Service team is able to direct customers through the necessary steps to get the measuring device and its outputs running properly. Should the need arise, the team is also able to provide these services in the field.

Whether you require all three services together or separately, Field Service will assist you in properly getting the equipment into service. The instrument will be checked for functionality and calibrated to the customer’s process specifications.


Should an instrument not perform as it should, Field Service can troubleshoot the problem remotely and provide guidance to the customer to correct the problem. Troubleshooting can also be done on site, and proper repairs conducted to get the instrument running properly and minimize any possible downtime for the process.
